You bring the effort.
I’ll bring the plan.

Hi, I’m Alex. I’ll help you make sense of your training, one session at a time.

If you’ve ever walked into a gym and wondered where to start, this programme is for you. We’ll focus on learning the movements, training consistently and making progress you can build on.

A few things to know

Before you join

Make sure the programme fits your goals and your week.

Who is the programme for?

Adults who want structure in the gym, whether you’re a beginner or returning after time away. Tell Alex about your experience in your intake form so you can check that the programme suits you.

Do I need access to a gym?

Yes. This is an online, gym-based strength programme using free weights and standard gym equipment. You can train in Belfast or follow the plan from your own gym elsewhere.

How much time should I set aside?

Plan for three sessions of around 45–60 minutes each week, plus a short weekly check-in. If your schedule is different, ask Alex about the options before joining.

Is this one-to-one personal training?

You’ll train independently using your programme, with online feedback and weekly check-ins. In-person sessions in Belfast are a separate coaching option.

Will I lose weight in six weeks?

The focus is building strength, confidence and a consistent routine. Changes depend on your starting point, training and day-to-day habits; there is no promised weight loss or fixed transformation.

When does it start, and what does it cost?

Start with the programme intake form to share your goals, training experience and availability. Joining details, including dates and pricing, can be discussed before you commit.
